Prague is a fairy tale (or not)
At least, it looks like one: beautiful buildings with lace-like roof endings, golden domes, fortresses, a castle on the top of the hill overlooking the city of ancient narrow streets, and hundreds of sparkling glass and crystal shops. Hellas, it is boring to death. Everything is pretty, nice and calm, but it somehow lacks the spirit and atmosphere.
Czech people are strange, you can not say they are unpleasant, because they are polite, but they are sort of not friendly. When you get to know them, and it takes time, because they don’t make friends easily, you discover they are witty, but in a gloomy way. Quite like their Kafka and Kundera!
Food is tasty, beer is cheap (the best in the world), and you have never seen so many coffee shops and restaurants in your whole life like in Prague.
There are nice things to do, buy and see. Ceramics, puppets, and other original souvenirs are everywhere.
All a tourist heart can wish for: churches, monuments, museums, concerts, shopping, and great night clubs.
Just a walk on the bridges over Vltava is enough to take your breath away…
So, you are very welcome!
